For this exercise we will create a three panel frame.
- A Banner at the top
- A Menu on the left for:
- Content on the right
- Plus three extra content pages A/B/C
|
- To Split the page horizontally Modify > Frameset > Split
Frame Up
(note up/down left/right options apply if page contains content
and will place it accordingly)

- Click in the bottom panel just created to activate.
- To Split the page vertically Modify > Frameset > Split Frame
