Step four: Resizing the frameset.
There are several ways to resize the frameset.
The simplest method is click and drag
  1. To resize a frame place the mouse over the boundary line you wish to move, and the mouse pointer will change to a double headed arrow
  2. Left click and drag the line to a new position
  3. Resize as example layout
    Using the Properties Manager Control + F3 and the Frames Window Control + F10 you can navigate and more precisely set the frame sizes.
    This provides options to set sizes as a percentage or by size in pixels.
