Step Two: Open or add a page

Open Page
If Dreamweaver has opened an Untitled Document left click to open it the go to next step

Add and open page
Right click (control click Mac) in the panel under the local folder you have just created in the Site Manager and click New File

This will create a file untitled.htm as illustrate in the second image.

Double click the green icon for the new page untitled.htm and this will open the page for editing.
