As Steve Bacon is trying to target schools, he needed to insure that they could see his web pages. However many schools have content filtering software that scans for inappropriate content!

Steve's site has a page on:
Medieval Medicine that reads...
"Demonstrations on amputation, bleeding - including use of live leeches and wound management"

Although this site is intended for children, the use of references to amputation, blood and bleeding would prevent the site from displaying within schools!

However content filtering software will allow access to the site as it is IRCA rated. The IRCA rating is a renowned content mark and has been added to the pages for this site!
